We are a family business with father and daughter David Boulton and Tasha Boulton as Owners together. It has always been David's dream to open an Italian restaurant as he has associations in Milan for a number of years. Our chef Vairo Nesi is from Livorno, Toscana, Italy and has worked for the best 5* restaurants in Italy. Tasha and David have combined knowledge, experience and style to produce a timeless classic with a modern twist Italian dining. Offering authentic Italian food and extravagant cocktails that are like no other in the area.
We are situated alongside a popular stretch of the Trent and Mersey Canal, popular with boaters and walkers, not far from Stoke-on-Trent. Our traditional family friendly pub is open to all and has an extensive food menu and specials board. We have a spacious patio area so you can have a drink at the canal side whilst gazing out over the picturesque village fields.
