It has always been David's dream to open an Italian restaurant as he has associations in Milan for a number of years. Our chef Vairo Nesi is from Livorno, Toscana, Italy and has worked for the best 5* restaurants in Italy. Tasha and David have combined knowledge, experience and style to produce a timeless classic with a modern twist Italian dining.
