In the spirit of the Dutchman who discovered Van Diemen’s Land, Abel Tasman, we’ve explored this island’s riches to create two distinct gins.
All Tasmanian botanicals, fruit grown in our backyards, rose petals gathered from neighbours and flora sourced by friends are what have gone in to this new drop.
One gin cannot do it all. So we’ve carefully constructed separate spirits to suit your mood. More on this to come.
Whichever you pick, serve with good company and enjoy the subtleties of a gin we’re awfully proud to have discovered.
Cheers.
