Chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud’s name is synonymous with moderne French cuisine inspired by the seasons. At db Bistro & Oyster Bar in the Marina Bay Sands, Boulud delivers with a satisfying menu served in a stylish setting. Like its New York City counterpart, db is inspired by the traditional bistro with the addition of a new and extensive oyster bar. Seasonal highlights include Grilled Prawns with sweet peppers, almonds and arugula, and Welsh Lamb with ratatouille, olives and basil.
