Chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud’s name is synonymous with moderne French cuisine inspired by the seasons. At db Bistro & Oyster Bar in the Marina Bay Sands, Boulud delivers with a satisfying menu served in a stylish setting. Like its New York City counterpart, db is inspired by the traditional bistro with the addition of a new and extensive oyster bar. Drop into the café to enjoy a cocktail and oysters at the bar, or settle in to the comfort of the dining room for bistro favorites like house-made charcuterie, hand-cut steak tartare and classic coq au vin. Seasonal highlights include Grilled Prawns with sweet peppers, almonds and arugula, and Welsh Lamb with ratatouille, olives and basil. Then there is the haute burger whose reputation precedes it – the Original db Burger, a sirloin burger filled with braised shortribs and foie gras, on top of a house-baked parmesan bun. New for the spring is an expanded Seafood & Oyster Bar that will highlight seafood from all over the world including oysters from the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, Boston lobster, Alaskan king crab legs, tuna tartare and more.
