The Coleman estate wines are predominantly produced from vines planted 25 years ago, expressing vines that have adapted to the dramatic marine-influenced microclimate with volcanic and sedimentary soils, deep roots, and gnarly trunks that often face down Pacific coastal wind and storms. The wines are fermented in small lots, influenced by the growing season and grape profiles.
