Before buying the Wheatsheaf in March 2009, Kathryn was the manager for 5 years and Shaun was the catering manager for the company that ran the Wheatsheaf for almost 10 years. Shaun now runs the kitchen side of the business with over 28 years of experience in the industry. His experience ranges from catering for restaurants and pubs, to outdoor catering.
