After travelling the world from Russia, to China, to Israel and back again, the recipe finally settled in Australia.
Laying dormant for many years, the recipe waited for Tash's fingers to find it. Hiding in a box filled with other recipes, once stumbled across, it didn't take Tash long to realise that what she had found was valuable.

Launched in February 2016, Bago Bluff is a multi award winning condiment range made with farm-fresh local produce and raw ingredients.
The range is owned by Hastings Co-op, a 100-year-old co-operative based in Wauchope, NSW.
Founded on Hastings Co-op’s philosophy of ‘Locals supporting locals’, the Bago Bluff range was born from a desire to showcase the many, varied producers of the Hastings Valley.
The range is manufactured in Port Macquarie, NSW ensuring flow-on benefits for the local economy and employment.
We're situated just a 20 minute drive from Port Macquarie in the historic town of Wauchope.

We opened our store in Wauchope seven years ago. We specialize in selling fresh and local seafood. We purchase our seafood directly from our own trawler and from other local fishermen to ensure our product is as fresh as it can be.
Our range will vary daily according to what is caught in the local area.
We have a delicious lunch menu available daily till 3pm weekdays, from fish and chips to prawn rolls. Come in tempt your taste buds.
