The farm has produced the traditional Undredal goat cheese continuously throughout these four generations. The cheese production is based on milk from approximately 80 goats. Erna makes and sells the brown goat cheese, produced in the traditional way at the summerfarm Langhuso, where she is located between 25th July and 30th September. She also produce cheese at Langhuso before the 25th of July.
