Each recipe is slightly altered from the original so that it may function in the modern kitchen. The restaurant also offers traditional American luncheon fare to include specialty salads, crepes, gourmet sandwiches, quiches and scrumptious desserts. To avoid a wait, reservations are strongly recommended for lunch and tea. Bridal and baby showers and tour buses are also welcome by reservation.
