Giovanni's started operating out of a converted 1953 bread truck without much more than a few recipes for great shrimp and an entrepreneurial spirit. We drove our beloved truck around the North Shore stopping along the side of the road for a couple hours at each stop to share what we thought was some pretty special food- turns out, we were the only shrimp truck around. Our on-site store offers an array of refreshing treats, farm harvested ice creams, sorbets, thirst quenching mango iced tea and delicious fresh fruit smoothies. The menu is topped with wholesome, farm fresh salads, and hearty panini sandwiches too. A medley of hand picked fruits and vegetables from our farm also available. Walking and tractor farms tours have started! Farm Tours run 11:30 am and 3:30 pm Fri. - Sun.

The Kahuku Sugar Mill has a storied history and significant
existence. Dating back to the late 1800’s, Hawaiian locals,
mainland investors, and foreign immigrants began to develop
the North Shore land into an agricultural powerhouse. They
transformed what once was a desolate and abandoned
field of lush vegetation into a successful and thriving sugar
mill. Following the Civil War, Kahuku began to flourish.
The sugar mill was built; a newly developed train system
was integrated into the exportation process, allowing for
quicker delivery; and immigrants were assimilating to the
