Chef Robert Hetherington was born in the Pocono area and polished his culinary skills at Walt Disney World at the prestigious Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant. He returned to Pennsylvania and continued his culinary pursuits at several restaurants and country clubs in the region. He joined The Library restaurant in 2009 and stayed on through its evolution into Leonard's Fine Dining in 2011 and purchased Leonard's in 2012.

Rostas Cafe is a third generation family-operated business that has been serving Hazleton for more than 60 years.
Opened in 1950, John "Kookie" Rostas and Grace Rostas served pizza and burgers. Their daughter, Alfreda, got involved in the business as a teenager. Alfreda and her husband, Tony Calucci, took over on Kookie's retirement. Their daughter, Melissa, has also been a part o the business since a teenager.
