Owners, Chris and Kim Glass along with executive chef Eric Emlet have created this unique new seafood gem in Gilbert. The restaurant features fresh seafood brought in daily, a fresh oyster bar with steaming pots of mussels, clams, oysters, and many more. The bar features many craft beer selections both in bottles and on draft, innovative and balanced specialty cocktails, and over twenty wines by the glass or bottle. Our menu hosts local ingredients and has several options for those who may not enjoy seafood as well, such as burgers, steak, and chicken. Also many of our dishes are gluten free, and most of the ones that aren't we can make them gluten free. Chef Eric truly has created a menu with every customer in mind. Whether you love oysters, love burgers, have dietary restrictions, or just want a great cocktail you cant find anywhere else, High Tide is sure to accomodate.
