T&T's Smoke Shack is where you can get your barbecue favorites slow smoked for hours to get that tender smokey flavor you crave.

T&T's Smoke Shack is finally open for business! You can order all the fixins for your party or you can just get a jar of sauce for your own cooking.

We offer ribs, pulled pork, and whole chickens as well as sides like potato salad, pasta salad and baked beans*. We also sell all of our sauces and rubs as well as salsa and jams as well.

We slow smoke our meats in cherry wood to get that tender smokey flavor you love in barbecue. Before it ever gets any smoke it is seasoned overnight to get a perfect mix of flavors in the meat.
