Every night in the Terrace we celebrate “New Brunswick on a Plate” our menu has something for the whole family to enjoy.
We purchase a whole cow and pig regularly from Local Valley Beef in Centreville and Strawberry Hills farm in Pembroke respectively.
Cuts that the animals may not have enough off are always sourced from the Province. Backyard Mushrooms supply us when the season allows. Our charcuterie is house made or from La Ferme du Diamont who also produces New Brunswick Fois Gras.
Our seafood comes from Maritime waters although we can't say for sure if it swam elsewhere, unless its salmon.
We have a rooftop garden with produce that we feature on this menu,vegetables are always local when in season, We are the only hotel in the world that makes mead from its rooftop beehives.
