We are a locally based business that provides healthy and nutritious food to the local consumer. Being extremely passionate about cooking means that all of our products are made from quality, local and seasonal ingredients where possible. Everything is housemade in our welcoming open plan kitchen, prepared fresh daily and with a guaranteed display of colour and aroma that will not disappoint.
Using only local seasonal produce means that the flavours shall change
with the seasons, as should our natural diet. Amongst using good local ingredients, you will also find other natural beneficial ingredients in our food, such as coconut oil and milk, almond milk, seeds, nuts and berries. Only fresh herbs, natural spice, pure salt and real vegetable stock season your food. Never do we use flour or starch to thicken your soups or curries, just an abundance of vegetables and free range chicken. Only honey or dark moscovado are used to sweeten and all bought condiments are gluten free and 100% natural.
Preparing and eating healthy, wholesome food in our own home is extremely
important to us and creating in the kitchen runs deep in our family, also, having recently undertaken a course in Food & Nutrition, we are able to
design recipes using ingredients that are beneficial when consumed as part of your daily
diet. Everything we prepare may help prevent low blood sugar levels, will boost the immune system and assist with good memory function. And as most dishes contain very little dairy and meat, they will naturally help aid in the reduction of toxins throughout the body, help maintain stable weight and will energise
you throughout your busy day.
