The development of Cheffins at the Beaumont is underway on the site of the old Foresters Arms, Jersey’s oldest licensed pub. The bar is being restored to it’s former glory whilst the site around it will be redeveloped from the ground up to provide a new setting for the critically acclaimed Cheffins restaurant and a boutique inn for a perfect end to your evening.
Nestled beneath the ramparts of Mont Orgueil castle the Dolphin Hotel, Restaurant and bar overlook the boats moored in Gorey Harbour and across the Royal Bay of Grouville. Rooms can be booked with a harbour view. The restaurant offers a range of continental style a la carte dishes as well as seasonal set menus all using locally sourced produce including seafood. For more casual dining the Grill Bar serves traditional and lighter meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
