Buy garbanzo beans, lentils, green split peas and wheat berries direct from our farm, we grow, clean and package the products ourselves. With two other successful Pita Pit locations under their belt, our new owners took over in the summer of 2016 to share their passion for fresh fast food with the Palouse. Since the change in ownership our restaurant has undergone significant changes and structural developments to bring you the food you like the way you like it hot off the grill when you like it.

Rico's is a Restaurant by day and world class bar by night.
