The Hashimoto family are saké pioneers. Hailing from Osaka in Japan, they come from a family that has been brewing since 1822. The region is also steeped in over 500 years of saké brewing history.
The family brewery is called Kotobuki Shuzo and is based in the town of Tonda outside Osaka. As well as brewing great saké, they were the first brewery to start making craft beer in Osaka.

A warm welcome in 2012 to old friends and new customers. The Jubilee celebrations are approaching fast and we will be getting into the festive mood. We will be staying open for both the Monday and Tuesday Bank Holidays, so we shall be open a full 12 days from Wednesday 30th May to Sunday 10th June.
