Owner Miller Phillips has taken the building that was formerly the Flamingo Café owned by his parents, and he added four fantastic decks that tier down to the water and provide panoramic views of the entire Destin Harbor. The large covered deck will have a full bar and tables for dining, and another deck will have dining as well, with brightly colored umbrellas to shade the afternoon sun.
