Each night our head chef, Joe Marlow, creates two chef specials. One chef special is designed around the fresh fish generally caught from our Emerald Coast that day. A second special is designed around another protein such as various steaks, pork, venison, etc.
Additional menu items feature locally caught fresh seafood, pasta dishes, free range chicken and more, with an array of special accompaniments, an exceptional wine list and sumptuous desserts.
