White Oak Pastures is a multi-generational farm located in Southwest Georgia. We raise, slaughter and hand-butcher 10 different species of animals on our family farm. We take great pride in utilizing every part and piece of the animals we slaughter. We make leather products from our cow hides, bio-diesel and tallow products from animal fat, and compost from inedible eviscerate and bones. Our first gig. The original Wild Wing Cafe opened featuring new and unique specialty wing flavors. As word spread, thousands flocked to the wing to check out a special place to call their own.
