White Oak Pastures is a multi-generational farm located in Southwest Georgia. We raise, slaughter and hand-butcher 10 different species of animals on our family farm. We take great pride in utilizing every part and piece of the animals we slaughter. We make leather products from our cow hides, bio-diesel and tallow products from animal fat, and compost from inedible eviscerate and bones. Environmental sustainability, animal welfare, regenerative agriculture and community revitalization are areas that we feel are most unique to our farm.
