The Elephant and Castle is a unique, quirky and innovative pub located in Bathurst, Central West, New South Wales. The Elephant & Castle Hotel was originally called the Elephant & Castle Inn being established in 1849 it is the longest standing pub within the Bathurst region, which only adds to its charm. We are known for having a great nightlife with cocktails, live music and DJs. Our weekly events THRONE, LUNA and Lineup at the Castle have your Friday nights covered. On Saturdays, you have the opportunity to collaborate with TakeOver and run the night @TakeOverSaturdays. We also have a great Bistro with awesome schnitzels as well as classic pub feeds and something different.
