All of our meats are first dry rubbed, marinated overnight, then slow smoked with Ohio-grown Apple wood, giving the meat a pinkish, tender and juicy inside. (Internal temperature 160 degrees.) If you are looking for fall off the bone tender look no further than the patented De-Boned Baby Back Rib Steak. This is an actual slab of ribs where through an intensive process our people just slide those bones right out leaving the tender meat to be eaten with a fork and knife!
