Strong Foods is 100% Bajan owned and operated. The business idea was first developed and taken to market in September of 2015. That 2 day market test concluded a 14 day Youth Entrepreneurial business labs project which earned awards for most innovative product. That was enough validation for the founding members to graduate the concept from the classroom to the boardroom with the formation of Strong Foods Inc in February 2016.

We provide wholesome, convenient and health food that is traditionally caribbean with a mission to reclaim culture, empower and nourish communities through food.
