We are enormously proud of our extensive champagne selection which includes more than sixty varieties. With a range that includes such favourites as Moet and Chandon or Bollinger through to our prestige vintage Dom Perignon, we are confident that you will find a champagne to compliment any occasion and to match any palate. We find that there is nothing quite like a glass of bubbles to accompany our beautifully fresh rock oysters.
Restaurant
The Who'd a Thought it is a lovely restored sixteenth-century building set in the delightful Kentish countryside and is the perfect setting for any meal. Our sumptuously-decorated restaurant is ideal for more formal occasions, while the terrace and delightful gardens offer guests an al fresco dining experience in warmer weather. We offer two distinctly diverse menus, each one providing a wide and varied choice of delicious home-made food including meat, fish and pasta. Choose between modern English dishes and fine dining; house specialities include Chateaubriand and The Who'd A Thought It's signature Plateau Rouge, a sumptuous and eye-catching selection of seafood.

At the Who'd a Thought It we offer a range of luxurious, highly individual rooms and suites. Stay in luxury in one of our classically furnished rooms, compete with romantic four-poster beds, or perhaps opt for one of our contemporary rooms, which are a fusion of modern-yet-elegant design design and sumptuous fabrics. These also feature fabulously indulgent jacuzzi baths and hot tubs.
