Red Lion Smokehouse is a barbecue restaurant and smokehouse in Thunder Bay’s waterfront district. We love great food and good beer so we created a place where you can enjoy both. Our beer list is made up of craft brews from local breweries as well as our favourite British and American brews. Our food is homemade with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. We smoke our meat slow and low and then finish it in a Josper grill to seal in the flavour and keep the meat moist and tender. Our kitchen is open from 12noon Tuesday to Friday and from 5pm on Saturday.

Having lived away from Thunder Bay for several years, and been very fortunate to travel, we have seen some wonderful food creations and are thrilled to bring some home.
