Where did the inspiration of Snobachi come from?
The dream of owning a business has always been a goal. When we ventured out into deciding what business to start the rolled ice cream idea found us. We saw videos of liquid nitrogen infused treats, and we knew it would be a great addition to the SnoRolls. We searched Tampa and the local area to find that there were no shops yet. With the combination of both untraditional sweets, we were the first shop to enter the dessert market.
