The Pastry Parlor is owned and operated by German-born Iris Hammer. It became a licensed bakery and officially opened for business in July of 2014 in the converted parlor of Iris' home. If you stop by or call the bakery, you will most likely speak with Heike Craig, The Pastry Parlor's Office Manager and Iris' sister.
