Welcome to Lodge Restaurant Letterfrack, Here we bake fresh bread and scones every morning and use only pure Irish butter. Our jam is made four miles away in Moyard. Our salads are 100% organic and grown beside the sea in Cleggan. We use Maldon sea salt on all our tables and in our kitchen. We use only Connemara Lamb. We grow our own mussels on Killary Harbour and know the people who catch our fish. Meats are provided by the village butcher. We hand cut our own chips in-house.
