In December 2015 the owner, Martin, decided to go vegan for environmental and ethical reasons. In October 2016 Martin found himself relocated to Kelowna, leaving his corporate life back in Ottawa. Throughout this process Martin has always been a fan of exercise, specifically powerlifting. Being a number's guy he would calculate his meal plans to ensure all macro and micronutrients requirements were being met.
