Watson's is a fine-casual chicken shack and bar, specializing in fried and rotisserie style chicken, but more specifically the Nashville Hot Chicken. This delectable chicken is supplemented with our house made biscuits and pie, seasonal sides, and our chef-driven appetizers and specials.
