The name Fireflour consists of the two essential elements of Neapolitan pizza. The “fire” represents the wood fired oven and the “flour” represents the most important ingredient in the pizza dough. Our 2 1/2 ton wood fired oven was hand built in Naples, Italy and reaches blistering temperatures up to 900 degrees.
