Walk the Talk was created by Rachael Watson in a bid to cut through the bullsh*t of the dieting industry to bring you the truth. There are two online courses you can take - Transform21 and Change For Life that once completed, will completely transform the way you think and feel about your body.

Rachael's mission is to educate people on a myriad of subjects from nutrition, gut health, exercise and cooking so that you can life a healthy, energised and happy life.
