Welcome to Valdonica,

1999 Valdonica has found me...it was my starting point for an unknown journey. At the beginning the beauty and untouchness of Valdonica´s nature has been overglowing the wrecked land and buildings. With spirit, passion, diligence and hard work the Valdonica-Team has laid the grounds for the new flourishment of Valdonica - along our vision: Minimize Human Interference to Mamimize Flourishment of Nature:

- Valdonica has chosen the organic path of wine and olive oil production: Vineards and olive trees, pastures ans forests are growing using strict otganic practises...

- Cantina and Vinayard residence are built to ensure their impact on the environment is as small as possible: Solar panels, clean burning, hot water heating ensures that the enrgy for Cantina and Vineyard residence comes mainly from the wood gathered from the forests of Valdonica

- Guestrooms are designed in a minimalstic style using traditional materials of Maremma crafted by finest artisans: beds are made from ancient, old oak-barrels; Bathrobes, linen, towels are handmade locally - the best tuscany can offer

We humans, our souls flourish in nature. In the flourishment of nature we reconnect with ourselves and our beloved ones...
