Let`s face it - food is life. But good food, well, good food is a temptation. Visual and gastronomic temptation. It can take you to another world with just one look or a bite. And you won`t resist. Actually you`ll want it.
But is there any secret behind that? Is there any hidden knowledge that makes your senses affect your appetite? Of course there is! If you ask the Frenchmen , which we deeply respect, that secret is kept only for small society of people and you must follow strict rules for 25 years just to become a chef.
We, on other hand, think that the secret is simple! Just take your creativity and imagination, combine that with delicious recipe and you can turn every meal into unforgettable adventure! We all remember our parents` dishes. They didn`t attended culinary school to learn how to cook so delicious. They had us. We are their inspiration. And for us they made those special dishes we enjoyed as kids. And even now, as grownups, those meals take us to another place. Place of comfort and family warmth.
That is what we do at The Turkish Restaurant. We take ordinary things and turn them into something special. We are flattered that we can take you on an adventure in the Oriental world with some of its notable dishes, for example - the Mixed Grill and Osmany Stew. Their rich and intense flavor arouses every taste buds of your palate. The Oven Baked Chicken on the other side, with its soft and mellow cream harmony can satisfy even the most pretentious taste. Because we think that every dish, every food, every ingredient and flavor should be an inspiration to a journey in the culinary world.
