Customers will find a unique menu featuring smoked barbecue meats, hearty salads and sides, and baked goods and pies. While focusing on traditional barbecue, Timber Wolves will also offer staple foods that will appeal to every customer - from burgers and chicken fingers, to vegetarian options. People from far and wide will find that Timber Wolves is one of the only venues that also serves high-quality hand-selected coffee that is roasted on-site, a seasonal selection of freshly churned ice-cream and other delectable desserts, select microbrews, and fine wines.
The second focus for Timber Wolves is to engage the community by using music, education, and local sports teams to bring people together. From eclectic local and touring bands, to historical speakers and cultural presentations to town events and festivities, Timber Wolves will be an active participant in the county affairs - opening its doors to locals and travelers alike. Timber Wolves' reach does not end at the town borders of Mars Hill, but extends to the whole of Northern Maine, as well as neighboring Canada.
