My name is Edwina and I absolutely love cooking and experimenting with food and new recipes. I have completed so many cookery courses including some in the world renowned Ballymaloe cookery school run by Darina Allen in Cork. It's now time I shared this passion with others. Hence the idea for the Bluebell kitchen was born! Come join me for great food, fun and new recipes at my supper clubs which will be launched through Facebook events in 2017.
