Our family have been growing truffles for over 20 years and were the first truffle producers in Australia. Our truffles are slow grown in the cool, pristine environment and rich volcanic soils at the foothills of the Great Western Tiers Mountain range in Tasmania's central north. The result is a truffle with a richer and sweeter perfume preferred by chefs across the globe as a premium product.
