Two years ago, we found out my husband was 1 point away from a diagnosis of type II diabetes. We immediately set out to alter our lifestyle.

We quickly realized there were few desert options available that met our new self imposed dietary restrictions, so I set out to make my own.

After quite a bit of trial and error, we have success! I've spent many hours learning how to remake traditional sweets into healthier versions and I am thrilled to be able to share my delicious discoveries with you!

My ultimate goal is to create cakes, pies, cookies and candies so incredibly delicious, you'd never know they've been "healthified".
