Surf Break at Paunch is a small bed and breakfast located at Paunch Beach on Isla Colon in Bocas del Toro, Panama. We will be open for reservations starting September 15, 2016...and our restaurant will be open to the public soon after.

We have two beautiful rooms (one cabin style and one studio apartment style with kitchenette), and amazing tree house like views. Here you can wake up to the sounds of Howler Monkeys and tropical birds and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean from the nearby surf.

Our restaurant will be open to the public for breakfast and lunch Tuesday - Sunday from 8 am - 2 pm. Our food served is an eclectic combination of US Southern with a Latino Caribbean flair...served mostly as tacos or sandwiches - perfect for a quick bite to eat after surfing, swimming, or on the way to or from Bluff Beach.
