Starfish, a seasonal restaurant operating from March until October, serving fish and shellfish delivered daily from local boats and suppliers.

A brand new, contemporary restaurant in the fishing village of Tarbert, Loch Fyne. 60 covers.

Almost all the shellfish landed by the Tarbert fishing fleet leaves every Sunday night in tanks of seawater in lorries bound for Santander, Spain. You are more likely to eat langoustine/gambas, caught in Loch Fyne, in a restaurant in Marbella than you are in Tarbert.

My vision is to have a restaurant where visitors and locals alike can enjoy a plate of seafood, reasonably priced, simply presented and fresh from the sea.
