Solo Verdi produces the highest quality, most flavorful grassfed beef in South Carolina. By raising our Romagnola, Angus, and RomAngus cows on local pastureland with the best available forage, our dry-aged beef is not only healthy, but superior in taste as well.

We have worked tirelessly to ensure that our herd is of the highest quality genetics, a tedious but rewarding endeavor. The care and attention that our herd receives allows us to produce a superior product. Our genetics are traceable to both the Romagnola breed of Eastern and Central Europe as well as the Angus breed of Scotland.

Having spent their lives on our farm, our livestock receive the highest standard of humane care. With lush, liberally-fenced pastures to graze, our herd roams together living a stress-free life from birth to maturity. We are committed to staying small, guaranteeing that we are able to watch over the health, well-being, and happiness of each animal.
