We are famous for the quality and taste of our meats, unique side dishes and appetizers (all hand made with fresh ingredients) and desserts. We have a full bar with happy hour every day and all weekend, and live music with no cover charge every Friday and Saturday night. Come try our specialty ribs! They’re covered with our secret recipe rub then slow smoked for 4-6 hours over hardwood oak and apple woods to ‘melt-in-your-mouth’ perfection.
And our pulled pork is made from fresh pork shoulder roast, coated in custom pork rub then slow smoked for 10-12 hours over apple and oak hardwoods until it literally falls apart. Hand pulled and served in our sandwiches and famous multi-meat combos, you will never forget the flavor of our pulled pork! We also serve genuine Louisiana hot links straight from the bayou! Hot and delicious, these links are cooked slowly over smoke and served with one side dish and fresh baked cornbread.
