Smokin' Heifer BBQ was born out of a sincere passion to serve good old fashion Texas BBQ, smoked over hardwood for hours! With over 35 years experience in preparing BBQ, we are confident that you will love our BBQ and agree with our slogan, "We're a little different!"

Our rubs and sauces are all made from scratch and are designed to accent the flavor of our smoked meats. Our Pulled Pork, St. Louis cut ribs are as popular as our famous Brisket and Rib Tips.
