Slab Sicilian Street Food

Slab serves Sicilian street food in Portland, Maine. They focus on pizza, a large rotating craft beer selection, wines, and cocktails. They’re located in the old Portland Public Market building on Preble Street and are a convenient location for a quick hand slab and beer before a show at Port City Music Hall.

Slab is most known for the “slab.” These thick slices of pizza are offered as a meat wedge, a vegetarian mushroom wedge, or a cauli crust (which is also a gluten free option.) Other than pizza, Slab also offers tasty sandwiches like muffuletta and the monster meatball sandwich.
