Jamaican inspired "Feel Good Food". All of our cuisine is vegan / vegetarian / pescatarian. Here at Simmer Down Caribbean Cafe, we’re all about serving you fresh and
flavorful Jamaican-inspired food. All of our patties, burgers, curries, and sauces (like Sweet and Sour Mango Salad
Dressing and Cilantro Aioli) are made from scratch using the freshest organic, local and non-GMO produce and products we can find. We believe in the principles of “ital” cooking - using real ingredients to bring you minimally processed foods
without all the extra salt and sugar, but with lots of flavor and nutrition.
