One word makes our world turn around: apple.

One of the most ancient, emblematic, popular and healthy fruits on earth, apple - in the form of hard cider - was a staple of the early American diet, served at the colonial table morning, noon and night.

Influenced by French techniques applied in the Champagne region, we marry tradition and innovation to offer a range of all-natural apple-based sparkling wines and spirits

Our brand-new farm distillery and tasting room are nestled in Oneonta, a vibrant small town in Upstate New York, in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains along the banks of the Susquehanna River. With direct access to 24 varieties of delicious apples growing in the nearby region’s orchards, we produce a local, fresh, crisp and tasty juice, fermented with 1118a champagne yeast. This proprietary recipe becomes our signature base for our unique line of apple based products.
