There are three Canteens, our award-winning restaurants and deli's based in the South West where we combine our philosophy with the finest producers in Axminster and Bristol.
Then there is the online community, crammed with amazing people who have created the most knowledgeable centre for cooks, gardeners, smallholders and campaigners on the web, and we're proud of that. It's yours, not ours, and it's open to everyone to share their ideas, recipes and stories.
